IMPORTANT – Please note the following details about your start date:
· $25 – please bring cash or check to purchase your volunteer uniform. All volunteers are required to wear a polo or jacket. (Not required for Pet Therapy volunteers)
· Second TB Test – On the week you begin your assignment, you will need to go to the Employee Health Clinic for your second TB injection, and will return two - three days later to have it read. You must attend both days for your test to be valid.
After I receive the notice of your training date, I will contact you to finalize your assignment and schedule. If none of the scheduled training dates work for your schedule, please let me know! I'm happy to work with you on setting up a new time. I look forward to talking with you soon!
